Tiddly Inks Challenge #50- Inspire Me

This week's challenge is working from the inspiration of this photo, a gorgeously-hued curtain from Anthropologie.  (Now seeing this curtain, I am IN LOVE with the color combination - not to mention the item.)
Anthropologie... "The Inspiration"
Using one of the newest Tiddly Inks images, Huggabuggs, here is what the inspiration piece spoke to me:
TI Challenge #50 - Inspire Me (To My Friend)

TI Challenge #50 - Inspire Me (To My Friend) (detail)
I added just a wee-bit of Glamour Dust to frame out the image... for just a "hint" of sparkle.  And I simply have to say "Bravo!" for selecting the inspiration piece - fantastic choice!  I loved the color palette, but also those layers & layers of soft ruffling fabric just draped throughout the piece.  I simply wanted to recr8 that imagery with the layers of "ruffles" I cr8'd here using a decorative paper punch & adding the dimension by using 3D adhesive squares to just the bottom edge of the paper pieces.  The stamped sentiment (from a stamped set by Heidi Grace) was something I added last minute, because I just felt the card needed "something."

I'm tickled pink... & coral & shades of purple too with how this card came out!  I hope you enjoyed & will stop by again really soon to check out more of my cr8'ions!

Enjoy your day & weekend... & Happy Cr8'ing!
