Father's Day Celebration with Tiddly Inks Challenge

I'm a Daddy's Girl for sure!!  It seemed very appropriate to be using my very favorite Tiddly Inks image (Daddy's Girl) on my card, which I am submitting for the Let's Celebrate Father's Day Challenge on the TI Challenge Blog.

Father's Day has taken upon a different meaning & approach for me over the last six years since having lost my Daddy.  I miss him everyday, but much more terribly-so around Father's Day.  Sadly, my hobby of card-making did not take shape until after his passing.  I was never able to give him one of my heartfelt card cr8'ions, & it is something I so wish I could do to this very day.

This card cr8'ion, as all those which I make using the TI digital image Daddy's Girl are in memory of my Daddy... from his Daddy's Girl.  This image reminds me how I so admired & adored my Daddy when I was a little girl... in many ways, I am always his little girl.

The papers are from Basic Grey's Oxford collection, Cuttlebug diamond embossing folder, grey ribbon from the Dollar Tree, and button from my sewing box.

Happy Father's Day to those Dads who are still with us... & also to those whom we remember on this day.

Happy Cr8'ing!
