Put Your Party Hat On!

It's party time so put your party hat on! Not just because it's my birthday month, but I'm celebrating by entering a card into THREE challenges (a personal best for me)!  I believe in celebrating - even the "little things" in life.

Before I show you my card, I want to show you the "inspiration" photo I found on Etsy.com (part of the Wee Memories Challenge).  This image just made me feel "happy!"  They are definitely "party colors," so I went right to my cr8've session...

So maybe I'm starting a bit early on the party-bandwagon for my birthday party, since it is closer to the end of the month.  Party on... hat or not!!
