Spring is in the Air

While tomorrow is the official First Day of Spring, many areas around the country got a glimpse of Spring-like weather this week.  I think it was Mother Nature's way of saying "here's a 'sneak peek' of the glorious weather to come."  Bless her little heart!

With the spring season just around the corner, I made this card for this week's blog challenge with The Paper Shelter:  Spring Fling (#5).  However, my use of scallops also incorporates this week's Mid-week Throwdown with Operation Write Home's Blog.  This is my submission for BOTH blog challenges:  The Paper Shelter: Spring Fling & OWH's MWT: Scallops

Supplies used for this card:  Digi Image:  The Paper Shelter; Stamp:  My Favorite Things; paper: The Daisy Bucket (Libby); Copic Markers; gemstones & ribbon: Target Stores (dollar section).

Looking at this card & those pretty papers just makes me envision spring is already here & in full bloom!  Soon enough... soon enough!

Happy Spring - & Happy Cr8'ing!!
